Sizan's complete biography

Sizan was born on 11th May 1991 from a both parental sides bloodline where many of his relatives were professional athletes and football players. Sizan was raised in Moscow and attended to his 1st grade private school at age of 4 years old, Automatically, Sizan learned how to speak and write English and Arabic fluently along with Russian at age of 5. He started practicing football as a hobby at age of 6 along with his father. Sizan has also started attending Karate classes at that age, he was recorded as the youngest participant in the karate tournaments. Sizan was a hard working student, his parents and relatives claimed how many honors he had from middle school and flattered his high marks. Despite all the success at school, Sizan's interest in sports rose. At age of 7 years old, Sizan moved out with his parents to the Middle East. He still attended karate classes, during free times, he spent his time being alone outside kicking the football around. few years later, Sizan received his black belt at only age of 13, later on, he had to quit karate in order to focus on his education even though he was a leading student at his class during that age, he also started singing songs as a hobby, which was liked by many people who listened to them. He received a golden honor certificate at his 6th grade,Couple years later, Sizan started focusing on playing football claiming that it made him feel happier and more relaxing than any other sport he practiced. During high school, Sizan's grades were gradually lowering, he managed to be one of top 5 students on 7th grade, hence the fact he spent more time playing football which lead him to ignore some of his home works. At age 15, Sizan started to practice football freestyles, his inspiration to the Brazilian star Ronaldinho Gaucho has influenced him pratice football more than often. Sizan was known to be the best freestyler at his school , but his grade marks were significantly lowered due to his ignorance to his chores. A year later, Sizan attended to FFA - Academy and started training football professionally, people claimed he had all the skills and talents required, but not much of an experience. At age of 17, Sizan attended to 2 football academies, one of them was named as Stuttgart Academy, with his debut, he scored outstanding 8 goals during 3 appearances in those matches, a year later, Sizan left Stuttgart Academy despite him being the best player as a central forward in their leagues, he kept attending his previous Academy more often, where he had to win over 4 honors, and 2 years in a row as Academics player of the year. Sizan was captained in his Academy, and was a set-piece taker to every major role starting from corner kicks taker, PK taker, etc.. Sizan's playing growth during 2 years has interested scouts from several regions. He attended his first exhibition training with FC Maykop Druzhba which is a 3rd division Russian Club, later on he left the club claiming their training programs are very weak and doesn't interest him at anyway. After national youth team's training, Sizan received a brutal injury on his right knee, which was identified as ACL tear ( Anterior Cruciate Ligament ), he was under physiotherapy program with UAE's Al-Wahda Club FC. Months later, athletic knee surgeons reported that Sizan has to undertake 2 surgeries on his knee, and stop playing football for a year and 2 months, the 18 year old Sizan was emotionally affected by this matter, and repeatedly said that he will keep on playing with his injured state, later on, RFU ( Russian Football Union ) reported that if Sizan ignores the required treatments, he will be out from the leagues for much longer time. After his high school graduation on 2009, Sizan was learning Spanish and a cultural language called Adighe. 3 months later, Sizan returned from Moscow to his previous Academy, where he won 2 seasons, and 2 matches with his team, scoring 2 goals in 2 appearances with his injured knee. Some of his new team mates in the Academy couldn't believe that Sizan was even injured after all, a month later he was officially classified as a young star. On 2011, Sizan is practically a major attention to many agents through Europe, he had several offers from Russian clubs along the way, the paramedics claimed that Sizan's will and sportsman ship has shocked them completely, yet they claim that he has to be more concerned with his health, despite the fact that Sizan says that his physical state is in supreme shape and awaits for the next surgery. On April 2nd, 2011, Sizan stated that he will join a team that has potentials and accepts the spirit of victory, reports say according to his earlier facebook status, that Sizan is under a negotiating terms with an FA leagues licensed agent, and awaits for further more notices.

GYM's national Instructor Andrei reffers to Sizan's reason to injuries.

Since I train different players around Russia, I realized that Sizan's injuries are pretty obvious, and yes, apparently every football player gets injured, Sizan's case is bit different. The young star is training hard and I remember that well since he came here at the end of 2009. he trains from 4:30 pm till 9:00 pm everyday in Marcel Gym. He trains and uses heavy weights, with his disobedience he once had a minor neck injury while squatting, but resumed with us after 3 days. Sizan's program wasn't set for football players, instead he was training like any pro based body builder, however, he got many positive results, such as bigger body and stronger muscles. With time, Sizan became more prone to any football injury, the reason is because his muscles are ' stiff and hard '', with my experience with footballers, they have rubber based muscles with perfect stretching abilities, and Sizan did not train on his stretching abilities very much, later on he started doing all that, but still his muscles are very hard, my advise to Sizan is to Stop training like a bodybuilder and focus on normal exercises such as push ups and pull ups etc... On top of that keep on training on those stretches as well. If he keeps the same ways of training, he will apparently be injured over and over again, and it's known to us that Sizan's injuries set down his performance, he has limits of playing while being injured. After Sizan's knee recovery he should re-consider the ways of his training program and show his full potentials already, he is a great young player with Unbelievable ambition and talents once he wants to reveal them in a match.
